Job Title: Marketing & Communication Manager

Location: Riyad, KSA

Role Type: Permanent

 

I am looking for a candidate to join our team at one of the largest energy companies in KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). The candidate will be responsible for executing communication strategies, creating content, managing online web content and social media interactions, handling day-to-day communications, building media relationships, developing strategic marketing plans, and enhancing our brand image and visibility locally. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in "Marketing and Communication" with over 4 years of experience and possess exceptional attention to detail, creative and independent thinking abilities, strong organizational and time management skills. Graphic design and video/image editing skills are a plus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing international environment is a must.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in “Marketing and Communication”
  • Decline the communication strategy for the country and to execute new and existing initiatives
  • Write a variety of different contents to support communication and marketing efforts locally and in the zone, including digital communication, newsletters, website updates, brochures, press releases etc.
  • Oversee all online web content and communications as well as social media interactions.
  • Manage the day-to-day communications (internal and external) activities inclusive budgeting, planning, and auditing
  • Respond to media inquiries and maintain relationships with journalists and other members of the press
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand and develop messaging and distribute client-facing communications
  • Establish relationships with media
  • Develop strategic marketing plans and handling public relations issues that arise internally or externally
  • Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials
  • Develop the brand image and visibility locally
  • Organize events 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in “Marketing and Communication”
  • Over 4 years of experience
  •  Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional attention to details
  •  Demonstrated ability to think and execute creatively and independently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Graphic design is a plus
  • Video & image editing
  • Ability to work fast changing international environment is a must
